Privacy policy This site is operated by CalebWachter. This notice explains how we handle information when you request a free book or join the mailing list. What we collect When you submit the free-book form, we collect your first name, email address, and your consent to receive the book and occasional emails. We may also store marketing attribution parameters from the link you used (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content, and click ids like twclid). We do not ask you to create an account to receive the free book. How we use it We use your information to: • deliver your free book download links by email • add you to the mailing list you consented to • understand which campaigns brought you here (aggregated signup attribution) • respond if you contact us Email service provider Your email is processed by the author’s email service provider (e.g. MailerLite) on behalf of CalebWachter. That provider acts as a processor for list membership and email delivery. Their own privacy terms also apply to processing on their systems. Download logging Free-book download links are tokenized. When you use a link, we may log that a download occurred (token use, time, and related delivery record) so we can enforce expiry and download limits and troubleshoot delivery. We do not store your raw email on download-token rows. Cookies and ads tracking If an X (Twitter) pixel or similar tag is configured, it may record that you reached a thank-you page after signup. That advertising measurement is optional and separate from our first-party signup records. How long we keep data We keep mailing-list and delivery records as long as needed to operate the list, honor unsubscribe requests, and maintain basic abuse/fraud controls. Attribution fields are kept with signup events for campaign reporting. Your choices You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of signup-related data, contact CalebWachter using the contact link on this site.
